I absolutely loved the charming decoration of the hotel. The traditional style and attention to detail created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas, such as the pool and gardens, were beautifully maintained and provided a peaceful retreat. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was, with easy access to the rooms and no stairs to navigate. It made my stay comfortable and convenient.

My only suggestion for a better vacation for senior people would be to have a full-time staff available at the reception desk. The children working there did a wonderful job, but having someone available at all times would have provided an extra sense of security and assistance for any needs that may arise.

everything met requirements, i would like to stay longer. the hotel was fairly clean, the room was comfy and the bed was large. it had stunning location, the place was minutes from elche city centre. bar la zapatillera was 400 metres away from the place.

We had the best time exploring the giant palm tree, which was like reaching the sky, and the orchards were a chill place to hang out with our crew. The Communion day was epic, we had a massive banquet and it will forever be in our memories. Such a rad hotel for young people like us.

The only thing we would've asked for is a sick party scene for us young party animals. It would've been dope to have some cool events or DJ nights to turn up the vibe.

The location was superb, right in the heart of the city. The hotel had a secure large car park, and I could easily walk to the city center and all the shops and restaurants. The breakfast by the pool, prepared with passion by Jose-Luis, was fantastic. The staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I had a special stay and will definitely return.
