I absolutely loved the charming decoration of the hotel. The traditional style and attention to detail created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas, such as the pool and gardens, were beautifully maintained and provided a peaceful retreat. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was, with easy access to the rooms and no stairs to navigate. It made my stay comfortable and convenient.
My only suggestion for a better vacation for senior people would be to have a full-time staff available at the reception desk. The children working there did a wonderful job, but having someone available at all times would have provided an extra sense of security and assistance for any needs that may arise.

We had the best time exploring the giant palm tree, which was like reaching the sky, and the orchards were a chill place to hang out with our crew. The Communion day was epic, we had a massive banquet and it will forever be in our memories. Such a rad hotel for young people like us.
The only thing we would've asked for is a sick party scene for us young party animals. It would've been dope to have some cool events or DJ nights to turn up the vibe.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went out of their way to ensure my stay was great. The hotel was spotless and the facilities were beautiful and relaxing. The location was superb, right in the heart of the city. The hotel had a secure large car park, and I could easily walk to the city center and all the shops and restaurants. The breakfast by the pool, prepared with passion by Jose-Luis, was fantastic. The staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I had a special stay and will definitely return.
Nothing, all excellent.

During my stay at Boutique Hort De Nal, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had to leave early in the morning and didn't know what to do with my room key, but they made it easy by allowing me to leave it on the table in the main hall. They were also quick to respond to my messages on WhatsApp, keeping me informed throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment for guests.
While there were a few drawbacks, such as the limited breakfast options and the absence of a 24-hour reception desk, overall I had a positive experience at Boutique Hort De Nal. The design of the hotel was lovely, and the pool and surroundings provided a tranquil atmosphere.

I chose this hotel for attending a team retreat and it was a perfect choice. The hotel provided all the necessary facilities and services for our business coaching workshops and seminars. The location was central and convenient, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The pool area was great for relaxation and the breakfast by the pool was prepared with passion. I highly recommend Trust Hort de Nal for any corporate events or meetings.
Only one small downside, I missed having a business center or a dedicated workspace at the hotel for my work-related tasks.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room we stayed in, called the Mysteri Room, was absolutely superb. It was spacious and had great facilities, including a TV, coffee machine, fridge, a large comfortable bed. The best part was that we could walk directly out onto the terrace right beside the pool and the beautiful gardens. Despite being right in the city center, it was very peaceful and secluded. The hotel's location was also ideal, as it was close to the city center and convenient for exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the chef, Jose Luis, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. The breakfast, prepared with passion by Jose Luis and served by the pool, was also a highlight. we loved our stay here and would definitely return.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The pool and garden at Boutique Hort De Nal were absolutely stunning when they were lit up at night. It created such a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The central location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was just a short 10-minute walk to the old town. Additionally, the on-site parking was extremely convenient, especially considering the chaotic street parking.

The room we stayed in was absolutely superb, with great facilities including a TV, coffee machine, fridge, and a large comfortable bed. The highlight was the large walk-in shower, which was a luxurious touch. Additionally, the terrace right beside the pool and gardens added to the overall charm of the hotel. Despite being located in the city center, the hotel offered a peaceful and secluded atmosphere.
There were a few drawbacks during our stay. the lack of a dining room meant that guests had to contact the chef via email to order food or drinks.
